Unique design of the foil stamping system
- vertical foil delivery: with three servo motors, independent foil deliver mode, external foil collecting can directly pull the wasted foil out of the machine, foil collecting with brush wheel mode will not pull off the foil, and foil rewinding system, which is convenient and reliable and greatly improves the production efficiency and lowers down the labor intensity; in addition, this model also has the function of internal foil rewinding, which is mainly used for the larger hot stamping area.
- Horizontal foil delivery: two servo motors feed the foil independently, and there is an independent servo motor to collect the foil and waste foil rewinding.
- The heating section adopts twelve independent temperature zones for uniform and precise temperature control in PID mode, and the maximum temperature can reach 220°C.
- Adopting industrial computer plus motion control special axis card control, stamping: foil saving has several options: uniform step jumping, irregular step jumping and manual setting, the first two options are computer intelligent calculation, and all system parameters can be modified and set on the touch screen, which is simple, convenient and humanized.
The electrical control section
- The electrical control system adopts automatic control by PLC. It conducts full-automatic detection and control throughout the processes from paper feeding, paper conveying to die-cutting and paper collection.
- The human-machine interface display system can show various working conditions, indicate the location where a fault occurs and provide solutions.
- It is equipped with various safety protection devices. When a fault occurs, it will give out audible and visual alarms and automatically stop the machine to ensure the safety.
