LexCut Pro MP1060 Platen Automatic Die Cutting and Stripping Machine is the ideal equipment for folding carton and corrugate box designed and manufactured by Tangshan Lianshun Printing Machinery Manufacturing Co. ,Ltd. The paper feeding part adopts a double-servo bottom suction air paper feeding structure, which ensures stable paper feeding. Coupled with the automatic paper collection function, it can realize continuous paper feeding and collection operations without shutting down the machine.

The stripping part adopts a combination of linear guide rails, an optimized curved cam mechanism, and three plate frames at the upper, middle, and lower positions. It can remove waste materials in the middle part of the paper (such as square holes, round holes, and various irregularly shaped holes), as well as waste paper edges on three sides. The stripping part uses an upper and lower needle-type forced discharge method. The stripping section with low noise, simple and convenient maintenance, and relatively low maintenance costs. It operates stably, has a long service life, and is easy to operate.

This model is an integrated machine that can be used for both die-cutting and stripping. When the stripping is not required, the upper and lower plate frames of the stripping part can be deactivated. This not only increases the working speed of die-cutting alone but also reduces unnecessary mechanical wear.

Die-cutting section 

  • The electric pressure adjustment and electric front gauge adjustment functions elevate this machine to a whole new level. The addition of these features transforms it into a digital device, enabling fast operation and making it convenient and user-friendly.
  • The high-pressure oil pump employs a combination of forced and spray lubrication for the oil circuit, reducing wear and tear on mechanical components. An oil temperature cooler is added to effectively control the temperature of the lubricating oil. Regular lubrication of the main chain is carried out to improve the operational efficiency of the equipment.
  • The stable transmission mechanism enables high-speed die-cutting. The high-precision pendulum rod platform increases the speed of the backing plate. It is equipped with a stable positioning system for the gripper bar, ensuring smooth operation and stop of the gripper bar without any jitter.
  • The plate locking device secures the upper plate frame more firmly, saving time and ensuring high accuracy and speed.
  • The gripper chains are imported from Germany, ensuring a long service life and stable die-cutting accuracy.
  • The three-element self-locking cam intermittent mechanism is a key transmission component of the die-cutting machine. It can increase the die-cutting speed and accuracy while reducing equipment failures.
  • The torque limiter provides overload protection. When overloaded, the main and slave components separate, ensuring the safe operation of the machine. The branded pneumatic brake clutch and high-speed rotary joints enable rapid engagement and disengagement, with strong and stable force.

The electrical control section

  • The electrical control system adopts automatic control by PLC. It conducts full-automatic detection and control throughout the processes from paper feeding, paper conveying to die-cutting and paper collection.
  • The human-machine interface display system can show various working conditions, indicate the location where a fault occurs and provide solutions.
  • It is equipped with various safety protection devices. When a fault occurs, it will give out audible and visual alarms and automatically stop the machine to ensure the safety.
