From 5th June to 7th June, we have installed the first JetTouch AD350 Inkjet Spot UV Coater with Digital Foil machine in our exclusive dealer’s customer site, in St Petersburg.

There are two working mode: multiple pass for high thickness which is good for many special media and also good for braile printing; and single pass for high productivity, which is good for the medium and short run of large printing jobs with thin varnish requirement. In the whole market, only we have integrated the two inkjet working modes into one machine.

This machine has corona treater which can do pre-treatment on the substrates which has plastic surface and increase the surface tension and have strong adhesion for the LED UV varnish and cold foil.

  • The foil unit can do multi-roll foil in the same time.
  • You can switch the foil unit between cold foil and hot foil function.
  • There is foil saving function in the foil unit
