The founder and managing team of Lianshun come from Yutian YUYIN Group who designed and manufactured the first Automatic Die Cutting and Creasing Machine QY401 in China.

Our company has been engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of automatic die cutting machine and automatic hot stamping for 15 years, with rich experience in design, manufacturing and after-sales service. Metal parts

With robust design, strong material and reasonable structure, the machine frame use high-strength ductile cast iron. The crankshaft use hardening is chrome steel and the main drive worm gear and all shaft tile use alloy bronze. The worm gear is made of bearing steel hardened and ground. All of the metal parts are manufactured under the supervision of our company.

Outsourcing parts

Due to the high standard of the die-cutting machine, and hot stamping machine the bearings are of famous brands, such as NTN NSK from Japan or SKF from Sweden. Taiwan-made high-performance torque controller and high-precision intermittent mechanism and CPG series of gear motors, main gripper chain are imported from Germany, even the small screw, reach high-strength 12.9 grade, all of which ensure of the quality and performance of the machine.

Electrical parts

Inverter PLC, photoelectric switch and other limit switches are Japanese famous brands such as Omron. Button switches, contactors, etc. are French Schneider. The configuration of the world famous electrical parts ensure of high quality and stability.

Assembly standard

Lianshun die-cutting machine and hot stamping machine assembly process has a complete quality control system, our company has set up a lot of higher standards for parts tolerance and assembly level, for example the shaft position tolerance should be less than 0.02mm, hardened parts hardness should be greater than 45 °, the parts have a clear tolerance standards, to ensure that during the period of the 72 hours of idle running under full die cutting pressure, the temperature of the shafts cannot be higher than the room temperature, run1,000 sheets 250 gsm paper without any issue, any abnormal noise of the machine should be resolutely inspected and solved. Final pre-shipment test will be made and kept in record for further maintenance and after-sales service.
